- Motivate and challenge the store team daily.
- Assist in preparing team and individual activities, including morning briefings and one-on-one meetings.
- Manage talent acquisition, development, and retention.
- Provide clear goals and consistent feedback to the team, contributing to their operational development.
- Act as a Balenciaga ambassador, maintaining and enhancing brand culture.
- Oversee clienteling activities in line with headquarters guidelines.
- Ensure a consistent Balenciaga signature experience and customer satisfaction.
- Manage client complaints and related sales procedures.
- Build networks with influential figures in the luxury industry to enhance customer loyalty.
- Ensure compliance with legal, safety, security, and HR guidelines.
- Manage inventory activities and ensure warehouse stock aligns with sales potential.
- Review and improve existing procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Understanding of Balenciaga's product sensitivity and ability to embody the brand's image and values.
- Interest in the luxury market and knowledge of fashion trends to develop new clients and strengthen existing relationships.
