Balenciaga Associate Store Manager

- Assist the Store Manager in leading the store to achieve sales and KPI targets while adhering to procedures and guidelines.
- Oversee brand engagement activities to maximize store potential, achieving qualitative and quantitative goals.
- Act as the Store Manager's deputy, executing tasks assigned by headquarters and the Store Manager.
- Manage floor coverage, sales enhancement, visual merchandising, displays, customer service, and operations.
- Support the Store Manager in achieving specific qualitative and quantitative goals and lead the team.
- Assist in managing staff and building a motivated and capable team.
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences in line with Balenciaga's standards, enhancing customer loyalty and retention.
- Oversee inventory activities and supervise stock management.
- Proven experience in successfully managing a team, including setting goals, delegating tasks, and following up on results.
- Understanding of Balenciaga's product sensitivity and ability to embody the brand's image and values.
- Ability to develop a clienteling mindset, enhancing customer loyalty and retention.
- Capability to assist the Store Manager in building a motivated and capable team aware of fashion and luxury industry trends.

Experience in a similar role within the luxury fashion industry is required.
