1. Assist the Store Manager in leading the store to achieve sales and KPI targets while adhering to procedures and guidelines.
2. Oversee brand engagement activities to maximize store potential, achieving qualitative and quantitative goals.
3. Act as the Store Manager's deputy, executing tasks assigned by headquarters and the Store Manager.
4. Manage floor coverage, sales enhancement, visual merchandising, displays, customer service, and operations.
5. Support the Store Manager in achieving specific qualitative and quantitative goals and lead the team.
6. Assist in managing staff and building a motivated and capable team.
7. Deliver exceptional customer experiences in line with Balenciaga's standards, enhancing customer loyalty and retention.
8. Oversee inventory activities and supervise stock management.

1. Proven experience in successfully managing a team, including setting goals, delegating tasks, and following up on results.
2. Understanding of Balenciaga's product sensitivity and ability to embody the brand's image and values.
3. Ability to develop a clienteling mindset, enhancing customer loyalty and retention.
4. Capability to assist the Store Manager in building a motivated and capable team aware of fashion and luxury industry trends.
