1. Manage a retail sales team and oversee daily store operations, including sales targets, housekeeping, staff training, inventory management, and complaints handling.
2. Lead and motivate the retail sales team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
3. Ensure operational effectiveness and efficiency in alignment with Balenciaga's standards and requirements.
4. Build and maintain a customer database, fostering strong relationships with valuable customers and VIPs.

1. Diploma or higher in any discipline with at least 8 years of relevant experience, including 3 years at a managerial level.
2. Prior experience with luxury fashion brands is preferred.
3. Passionate about retail with a strong drive to succeed.

1. Excellent people management skills.
2. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
3. Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
4. Proficient in PC skills, including MS Office.

A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in retail management, with at least 3 years in a managerial role, preferably within the luxury fashion sector.

Diploma or higher in any discipline.
