Balenciaga Associate Store Manager

- Lead the store sales team to achieve and surpass sales and KPI targets while ensuring compliance with company processes and guidelines.
- Promote brand engagement to clients to meet quantitative and qualitative goals, maximizing the store's potential.
- Develop and maintain strong business relationships with internal and external stakeholders to optimize business opportunities.
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing floor coverage, sales, visual merchandising, client service, and operational functions.
- Foster a positive work environment in line with Balenciaga's values, and support talent recruitment, development, and retention.
- Act as a Balenciaga Ambassador, promoting brand culture and ensuring consistent client experiences.
- Manage inventory activities and warehouse stock, ensuring compliance with legal, safety, and internal guidelines.
- Support the execution of Retail Excellence guidelines and challenge existing processes to enhance efficiency.
- Significant experience in team and store management within the luxury retail sector.
- Proven track record in luxury product sales and client relationship management.
- Strong social skills, listening abilities, and a sense of responsibility.
- Service-oriented with persuasive communication skills.
- Existing customer portfolio and knowledge of local clientele.
- Proficiency in IT tools and a strong sense of product and fashion culture.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are advantageous.
Candidates must have substantial experience in team management and luxury retail sales, with a focus on client relationship management.
