1. Lead the store sales team to achieve and exceed sales and KPI targets while ensuring compliance with company processes and guidelines.
2. Promote brand engagement to clients to achieve quantitative and qualitative goals, maximizing the store's potential.
3. Develop and maintain strong business relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance business opportunities and efficiencies.
4. Assist the Store Manager in overseeing floor coverage, driving sales, visual merchandising, client service, and operational functions.
5. Support the Store Manager in achieving targeted goals and maintaining a motivated, competent team.
6. Act as a Balenciaga Ambassador, promoting the brand culture internally and externally.
7. Ensure consistent execution of Balenciaga Signature and Client experience.
8. Manage inventory activities and warehouse stock, ensuring compliance with legal, safety, and internal requirements.
9. Challenge and improve current processes to sustain growth and ensure efficiency.

1. Significant experience in team management and luxury retail sales.
2. Proven ability to attract, recruit, and retain talent.
3. Strong social skills and a high sense of responsibility.

1. Fluency in English and ideally a second language.
2. Proficiency in IT tools and a strong sense of product and fashion culture.
3. Excellent customer service and persuasive skills.

Significant experience in team management, store management, and luxury product sales is required.
