1. Lead the sales team to achieve sales and KPI targets while adhering to company procedures and guidelines.
2. Act as the brand engagement leader for customers, maximizing store potential through qualitative and quantitative goal achievement.
3. Support the Store Manager in managing floor coverage, enhancing sales, visual merchandising, and customer service operations.
4. Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly results, providing continuous performance evaluations.
5. Monitor local competitors and business environment, offering feedback to the flagship store manager.
6. Support the Store Manager in executing action plans set by the head office and flagship store manager.
7. Update the store team on KPI status and provide necessary support to achieve them.
8. Foster a positive work environment and lead by example in brand behaviors.
9. Motivate and challenge the store team daily, preparing team and individual activities.
10. Manage talent acquisition, development, and retention, supporting team members in their roles.
11. Promote the Balenciaga brand as an ambassador, maintaining and enhancing brand culture internally and externally.
12. Oversee clienteling activities, ensuring adherence to head office guidelines.
13. Ensure the store atmosphere aligns with the Balenciaga brand image, delivering consistent signature experiences.
14. Manage client satisfaction and engagement, following up on CEE and NPS scores.
15. Develop client loyalty from new customers to VICs, enhancing retention and loyalty.
16. Ensure compliance with legal, safety, security, internal regulations, sustainability, and HR guidelines.
17. Support the Store Manager in inventory activities, reporting discrepancies immediately.
18. Review and improve existing procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Proven experience in a similar role within the luxury fashion industry, demonstrating leadership and team management capabilities.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Fashion, or related field preferred.
