Balenciaga Associate Store Manager

- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales and KPI targets while adhering to company procedures and guidelines.
- Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring the store's potential is maximized through qualitative and quantitative goal achievement.
- Assist the Store Manager in managing floor coverage, enhancing sales, visual merchandising, and customer service operations.
- Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly results, providing continuous evaluation and feedback.
- Monitor the competitive landscape and provide insightful feedback to the flagship store manager.
- Support the Store Manager in executing action plans developed by headquarters.
- Update the store team on KPI status and provide necessary support to achieve targets.
- Foster a positive work environment and lead by example, promoting brand behaviors among the store team.
- Manage clienteling activities in compliance with headquarters guidelines, ensuring a consistent brand image and client experience.
- Oversee the execution of retail excellence guidelines and manage inventory activities in collaboration with the operations manager.
- Understanding of Balenciaga's product sensitivity and ability to act in alignment with the brand's image and values.
- Interest in the luxury market and knowledge of fashion trends to develop new clients and strengthen existing relationships.
- Customer service mindset with excellent communication skills to provide superior service and after-sales support.
