Balenciaga Associate Store Director

- Assist the Store Director in managing floor operations, sales, visual merchandising, client service, and store functions.
- Analyze sales results and conduct regular assessments to optimize performance.
- Support the Store Director in communicating relevant information to headquarters and sharing insights with the store team.
- Monitor the competitive landscape and provide strategic feedback to the Store Director.
- Lead Department Managers to achieve quantitative and qualitative targets.
- Implement and follow up on action plans defined with headquarters and the Store Director.
- Create a positive work environment, embodying brand values and motivating the team.
- Attract, develop, and retain talent, managing Department Managers and supporting their activities.
- Act as a brand ambassador, promoting Balenciaga's culture internally and externally.
- Ensure client satisfaction and uphold Balenciaga's qualitative standards.
- Manage store processes in compliance with legal, safety, and brand guidelines.
- Oversee day-to-day store operations, including inventory management and payroll processing.
- Maintain accurate client databases and ensure data integrity.
- Minimum of 3 years in a managerial role overseeing at least 10 individuals.
- Extensive sales experience in the luxury retail sector.
- Proven track record of successful team management and goal achievement.
- Strong client service and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and precision skills.
- Adaptability and openness to change.
- Proficiency in digital tools and platforms.
- High sensitivity to fashion and product trends.
