- Collaborate closely with the Buyer during buying campaigns to curate an assortment aligned with global strategy, including selection, quantities, and store-specific assortments.
- Prepare and compile weekly Excel reports to conduct sales and KPI analysis, supporting action plans to optimize business performance.
- Monitor market trends within the luxury sector.
- Communicate and partner with the Retail team to meet business needs and achieve annual sales targets.
- Manage reorders and inter-store transfers.
- Execute proactive consolidations to ensure profitability and meet market demands.
- Monitor and process seasonal price adjustments.
- Assist with product flow and pricing for outlet stores.
- Provide support for ad-hoc projects.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in buying roles, preferably within a luxury retail environment.
- Ability to prioritize tasks based on business needs.
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
- Ability to maintain a positive work environment while upholding brand values.
- Business acumen.
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
- Knowledge of fashion industry and market trends.
- Proficiency in digital and IT skills, including MS Office.
- Understanding of sales and performance KPIs.
- Ability to work cross-functionally within the organization.

- Strong product sensibility.
- Ability to travel.
A minimum of 3 years in buying roles, with a preference for experience in luxury retail environments.
A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is $75,000 USD to $80,000 USD.
