1. Lead the store and sales team to achieve and exceed sales and KPI goals while adhering to company processes and guidelines.
2. Promote brand engagement to clients to ensure the achievement of quantitative and qualitative goals.
3. Develop and maintain strong business relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
4. Assist the Store Manager in overseeing floor coverage, sales, visual merchandising, and operational functions.
5. Create and maintain a positive work environment consistent with Balenciaga's values.
6. Identify, attract, recruit, and retain talent, fostering a motivated and competent team.
7. Act as a Balenciaga Ambassador, promoting the brand culture internally and externally.
8. Ensure consistent execution of Balenciaga Signature and Client experience.
9. Manage compliance with legal, safety, security, and internal requirements.
10. Support inventory management and warehouse stock activities.

1. Proven experience in a managerial position within the luxury retail industry.
2. Significant sales experience in the luxury sector.
3. Demonstrated success in team management.
4. High sensitivity to client experience and loyalty.
5. Fluency in English, German, and Italian.
6. Existing right to work in Switzerland.

Sustained proven experience in a managerial position with significant sales experience in the luxury retail industry.
