- Assist the Store Manager in supervising sales floor operations, visual merchandising, customer service, and store functions.
- Support the Store Manager and department heads in achieving quantitative and qualitative sales targets.

- Act as a brand ambassador, promoting Balenciaga's culture internally and externally.
- Ensure the execution of the customer experience in line with brand guidelines.
- Recruit, develop, and retain clients, focusing on VICs and VVICs.
- Build a strong network to enhance local and international luxury business.
- Ensure compliance with store processes, legal requirements, and internal standards.
- Supervise team scheduling and propose solutions to support growth and efficiency.
- Significant experience as a manager in luxury retail.
- Proven track record in team management, including setting objectives, delegating tasks, and monitoring results.
- Demonstrated experience in clienteling with a strong client portfolio.
- Precision, organizational skills, adaptability, open-mindedness, and curiosity.
- High availability and responsiveness.
- Product and fashion sensitivity.
- Digital tool proficiency.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Significant management experience in luxury retail, with a proven ability to lead teams and manage client relationships effectively.
