- Assist the Store Manager in supervising sales floor, visual merchandising, customer service, and operational functions.
- Support the Store Manager and manage department heads to achieve sales and qualitative targets.

- Ensure compliance with store processes, legal, safety, and HR regulations.
- Propose solutions to support growth and ensure store efficiency.

- Significant experience as a manager in luxury retail.
- Proven experience in team management, setting objectives, delegating tasks, and monitoring results.
- Strong clienteling experience with a solid client portfolio.
- Precision, organizational skills, adaptability, open-mindedness, listening skills, and curiosity.
- High availability and responsiveness.
- Sensitivity to products and fashion.
- Proficiency with digital tools.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Significant experience as a manager in luxury retail, with proven team management and clienteling skills.
