1. Lead the store and sales team to achieve and exceed sales and KPI targets while ensuring compliance with company processes and guidelines.
2. Promote brand engagement to clients, ensuring the achievement of qualitative and quantitative goals.
3. Develop and maintain strong business relationships with internal and external stakeholders to maximize business opportunities.
4. Assist in overseeing floor coverage, sales, visual merchandising, client service, and operational functions.

6. Identify, recruit, develop, and retain talent within the team.
7. Act as a Balenciaga Ambassador, promoting brand culture internally and externally.
8. Ensure consistent execution of the Balenciaga Signature and Client experience.
9. Manage inventory activities and warehouse stock efficiently.
10. Challenge and improve current processes to sustain growth and ensure efficiency.

1. Significant experience in team and store management within the luxury retail sector.
2. Strong social skills and an ability to listen effectively.
3. A strong sense of responsibility and service orientation.
4. Possession of a customer portfolio and knowledge of local clientele.
5. Proficiency in IT tools and a keen understanding of fashion culture.
6. Experience in fast-paced environments.
7. Fluency in English and ideally a second language.
