1. Ensure timely and accurate preparation and submission of monthly management reports, including sales and inventory analysis, for management review and group consolidation.
2. Review lease information submitted by shared services and ensure alignment with approved capex.
3. Prepare and analyze monthly reporting packages for review with the APAC team.
4. Communicate monthly spending reports to budget owners for monitoring and tracking against budget and forecasts.
5. Coordinate with the Finance Shared Service Center for compliance with auditors, tax consultants, bankers, and government agencies.
6. Oversee the timely submission of budget and forecasts for Southeast Asia entities and reporting to APAC.
7. Manage cost control with budget owners and support business plans and projects with the retail team in Southeast Asia.
8. Prepare financial models and feasibility studies for new business opportunities.
9. Coordinate legal reviews on lease agreements and manage finance transformation projects with the SSC.

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field with CA/CPA qualifications or equivalent.
2. 5 to 6 years of relevant experience, preferably in the luxury retail industry.
3. Experience in audit or internal control is preferred.

1. High proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
2. Knowledge of SAP, HFM, and Power BI is preferred.
3. Excellent communication, analytical, written, and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
5. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

5 to 6 years of relevant experience, preferably in the luxury retail industry.

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field with CA/CPA qualifications or equivalent.
