Balenciaga Assistant Finance Manager

- Ensure timely and accurate preparation and submission of monthly management reports, including sales and inventory analysis.
- Review lease information submitted by the shared services team.
- Prepare and analyze monthly reporting packages for review with the APAC team.
- Coordinate with Store Planning to ensure all committed capex are recorded and aligned with approved capex.
- Communicate monthly spending reports to budget owners for monitoring and tracking.
- Coordinate with SSC for compliance with auditors, tax consultants, bankers, and government agencies.
- Responsible for the timely submission of budget and forecasts for SEA entities.
- Manage cost control with budget owners and support business plans with the retail team in SEA.
- Prepare financial models and feasibility studies for new business opportunities.
- Coordinate legal review on lease agreements and manage finance transformation projects.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics with CA/CPA qualifications or equivalent.
- 5 to 6 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the luxury retail industry.
- Audit or internal control experience preferred.
- High proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge in SAP, HFM, and Power BI preferred.
- Excellent communication, analytical, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
5 to 6 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the luxury retail industry.
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics with CA/CPA qualifications or equivalent.
