1. Ensure timely and accurate preparation and submission of monthly management reports, including sales and inventory analysis, for management review and group consolidation.
2. Review lease information submitted by the shared services team and ensure alignment with approved capital expenditures.
3. Prepare, analyze, and present monthly reporting packages for review with the APAC team.
4. Coordinate with the Finance Shared Service Center for compliance with auditors, tax consultants, bankers, and government agencies.
5. Manage the timely submission of budget and forecasts for Southeast Asia entities and report to the APAC region.
6. Collaborate with budget owners to manage and justify spending, ensuring cost management and control.
7. Support the retail team in Southeast Asia with business plans and in-store project rollouts.
8. Prepare financial models and feasibility studies for new business opportunities.
9. Coordinate legal reviews on lease agreements before submission to headquarters.
10. Act as the key contact for finance transformation projects, ensuring successful rollouts to SAP and other applications.

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics with CA/CPA qualifications or equivalent.

1. High proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
2. Knowledge of SAP, HFM, and Power BI is preferred.
3. Excellent communication, analytical, written, and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
5. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

5 to 6 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the luxury retail industry. Audit or internal control experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics with CA/CPA qualifications or equivalent.
