Balenciaga Assistant Finance Manager

- Ensure timely and accurate preparation and submission of monthly management reports, including sales and inventory analysis, for management review and group consolidation.
- Review lease information submitted by the shared services team and ensure alignment with approved capital expenditures.
- Prepare, analyze, and present monthly reporting packages for review with the APAC team.
- Coordinate with the Finance Shared Service Center for compliance with auditors, tax consultants, bankers, and government agencies.
- Manage the timely submission of budget and forecasts for Southeast Asia entities and report to the APAC region.
- Collaborate with budget owners to manage and justify spending, ensuring cost management and control.
- Support the retail team in Southeast Asia with business plans and in-store project rollouts.
- Prepare financial models and feasibility studies for new business opportunities.
- Coordinate legal reviews on lease agreements before submission to headquarters.
- Act as the key contact for finance transformation projects, ensuring successful rollouts to SAP and other applications.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics with CA/CPA qualifications or equivalent.
- High proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge of SAP, HFM, and Power BI is preferred.
- Excellent communication, analytical, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
5 to 6 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the luxury retail industry. Audit or internal control experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics with CA/CPA qualifications or equivalent.
