1. Ensure timely and accurate preparation and submission of monthly management reports, including sales and inventory analysis.
2. Review lease information submitted by the shared services team.
3. Prepare and analyze monthly reporting packages for review with the APAC team.
4. Coordinate with Store Planning to ensure all committed capex are recorded and aligned with approved capex.
5. Communicate monthly spending reports to budget owners for monitoring and tracking.
6. Coordinate with SSC for compliance with auditors, tax consultants, bankers, and government agencies.
7. Responsible for the timely submission of budget and forecasts for SEA entities.
8. Manage cost control with budget owners and support business plans with the retail team in SEA.
9. Prepare financial models and feasibility studies for new business opportunities.
10. Coordinate legal review on lease agreements and manage finance transformation projects.

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics with CA/CPA qualifications or equivalent.
2. 5 to 6 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the luxury retail industry.
3. Audit or internal control experience preferred.

1. High proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
2. Knowledge in SAP, HFM, and Power BI preferred.
3. Excellent communication, analytical, written, and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
5. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

5 to 6 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the luxury retail industry.

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics with CA/CPA qualifications or equivalent.
