1. Assist in the continuous updating of all collection materials.
2. Prepare for meetings with Artistic Direction and manage show looks and packing.
3. Follow up on all seasonal and commercial launches.
4. Maintain constant communication with internal and external stakeholders regarding collection development.
5. Share and closely monitor information between the Jewelry & Eyewear studio and development teams in Italy.
6. Organize wear tests and manage Jewelry normalization meetings with design, development, and production teams.
7. Oversee all receptions, shipments, and deliveries of prototypes.
8. Manage internal shoots and assist in showroom preparation and workspace maintenance.

1. Currently enrolled in a university, business school, or fashion school.
2. Fluency in English is mandatory; Italian is a plus.
3. Previous experience in fashion is appreciated.

1. Strong organizational abilities and project management skills.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of InDesign is a plus.
3. Product-oriented mindset with a high level of organization.
4. Perseverance, curiosity, and a willingness to assist.

A first experience in the fashion industry is appreciated but not mandatory.

Currently enrolled in a university, business school, or fashion school.
