Assistant Collection Coordinator Intern - Jewelry & Eyewear

1. Update all collection materials regularly.
2. Assist in preparing meetings with the Artistic Direction and manage show looks and their packing.
3. Follow up on all seasonal and commercial launches.
4. Communicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding collection development.
5. Share and closely follow up on information between the Jewelry & Eyewear studio and development teams in Italy.
6. Organize wear tests and manage Jewelry normalization meetings.
7. Oversee receptions, shipments, and deliveries of prototypes.
8. Manage internal shoots and assist in showroom preparation and workspace maintenance.

1. Student in a university, business school, or fashion school.
2. Fluent in English; Italian is a plus.
3. First experience in fashion is appreciated.

1. Product-oriented and highly organized.
2. Perseverant, curious, and willing to help.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office; InDesign is a plus.
4. Strong organizational and project management abilities.
