Balenciaga Architecture Project Manager

- Oversee and manage the execution of retail projects, including renovations and modifications, from conception to delivery across the EMEA region.
- Collaborate with various departments such as Visual Merchandising, Legal, Finance, and local teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Ensure adherence to budgetary constraints and timelines in close cooperation with local teams and project stakeholders.
- Design architectural sketches for projects.
- Report project progress to the EMEA Architecture Manager.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and brand guidelines, including those set by the Artistic Director.
- Degree in Architecture.
- Minimum of four to five years of experience in a retail environment, preferably within a luxury brand.
- Experience in international projects is advantageous.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Photoshop.
- Fluency in English.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
A minimum of four to five years in a retail environment, preferably within a luxury brand, with experience in store concept implementation.
Degree in Architecture.
