- Plan and supervise maintenance work for all SEAO stores.
- Independently manage pop-up/pop-in and store projects, collaborating with APAC and HQ from design to completion.
- Supervise site construction and factory production.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams in SEAO on project schedules and requirements.
- Liaise with government authorities, landlords, consultants, contractors, and internal departments to ensure project completion aligns with corporate standards.
- Maintain accurate progress, quality, and budgetary control of projects.
- Oversee planning, execution, and construction supervision of comprehensive store development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management.
- Minimum of 10 years experience in retail fitting out project management or construction.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong project management and time management skills.
- Effective communication skills with proficiency in both English and Chinese.
