1. Plan and supervise maintenance work for all SEAO stores.
2. Independently manage pop-up/pop-in and store projects, collaborating with APAC and HQ from design to completion.
3. Supervise site construction and factory production.
4. Coordinate with cross-functional teams in SEAO on project schedules and requirements.
5. Liaise with government authorities, landlords, consultants, contractors, and internal departments to ensure project completion aligns with corporate standards.
6. Maintain accurate progress, quality, and budgetary control of projects.
7. Oversee planning, execution, and construction supervision of comprehensive store development.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management.
2. Minimum of 10 years experience in retail fitting out project management or construction.

1. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
2. Strong project management and time management skills.
3. Effective communication skills with proficiency in both English and Chinese.

A minimum of 10 years in retail fitting out project management or construction is required.

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management.
