1. Assist the Application Maintenance Project Manager in maintaining and continuously improving processes and systems related to product development and production.
2. Serve as a primary contact for gathering requirements and conducting preliminary analysis for continuous improvement activities across various departments including product development, pattern making, industrialization, purchasing, warehousing, merchandising, and Haute Couture.
3. Participate in monitoring and managing requests for system enhancements.
4. Contribute to the deployment of new tools and user training during new implementations.
5. Assist in the development of new reports.

1. Previous experience in IT project management within an industrial or retail context.
2. Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
3. Proficiency in Italian and English is required.

1. Knowledge or experience in programming languages, IT infrastructure, PLM in fashion, or other ERP systems.
2. Autonomous, flexible, proactive with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities.
4. Technical computing skills and demonstrated technical creativity.

Previous experience in IT project management within an industrial or retail context is required.

Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
