1. Control, analytically allocate, and input supplier invoices.
2. Generate automatic payments in both euros and foreign currencies.
3. Monitor follow-ups and manage communication with suppliers.
4. Handle expense reports.
5. Import daily automatic billing flows and track rejections.
6. Monitor and process banking transactions.
7. Ensure the processing of mail related to accounts payable.
8. Track and resolve supplier disputes.

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Management.
2. Minimum of two years' experience as an Accounts Payable or Assistant Accountant.
3. Proficiency in English for communication in an international environment.
4. Familiarity with SAP and Excel; knowledge of ESKER is advantageous.

A minimum of two years' experience in accounts payable or a similar role is required.
