1. Control, analytical allocation, and entry of supplier invoices.
2. Generate automatic payments in euros and foreign currencies.
3. Monitor supplier reminders and follow up on outstanding issues.
4. Manage and process banking operations.
5. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
6. Resolve disputes and discrepancies.
7. Track advances and reconcile accounts.
8. Control, allocate, and enter intercompany supplier invoices.
9. Perform monthly intercompany account reconciliations to ensure financial data alignment.
10. Oversee systems related to intra-group transaction integrations.

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Management.
2. Minimum of two to five years of experience as an Accounts Payable or Auxiliary Accountant.
3. Advanced proficiency in English with the ability to work in an international environment.
4. Excellent command of SAP and Excel; experience with ESKER is advantageous.
5. Organized, meticulous, autonomous, and possessing strong interpersonal skills.
