1. Ensure accurate and timely stock replenishment, availability, and management.
2. Maintain orderliness and organization of stock rooms.
3. Label, tag, and ensure stock is in optimal condition for sale.
4. Collaborate with Store Management to minimize stock loss.
5. Conduct cycle counts and biannual stock takes.
6. Manage stock movement and ensure security of showroom stock.
7. Be proficient in inventory systems such as DARE and SAP.
8. Ensure adequate packaging and POS materials are available.
9. Maintain stock levels during sale periods.
10. Liaise with store management and warehouse staff during new season transitions.
11. Process QC stock and returns, maintaining accurate records.
12. Train store team members on stockroom procedures.
13. Complete administrative tasks efficiently and accurately.
14. Adhere to health, safety, and security procedures.
