- Develop and manage the optimal range plan and assortment for Leather Goods, Footwear, and Accessories based on brand vision, market trends, and past performance analysis.
- Define a top-line merchandising strategy including range structure, option count, and price architecture.
- Lead the preparation of seasonal briefs for design and development teams, supported by competitor analysis.
- Collaborate with regional merchandising teams and commercial sectors to capture opportunities and develop special projects.
- Manage continuity performance, lifecycle, and launch/discontinuation of products.
- Review product information, cost, and margin with the Product Development department.
- Analyze product and collection performance through key indicators and prepare seasonal hindsight analysis.
- Define action plans in response to sales trends in collaboration with business planning, product development, and supply chain teams.
- Create and manage key product merchandising tools and oversee product information uploads.
- Propose international price positioning and oversee critical path to ensure timely product launches.
- Support Visual Merchandising team in adjusting guidelines to optimize localized performance.
- Collaborate with marketing, communications, and PR to support key launches.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in merchandising.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to build strong working relationships with key business partners.
- Results-driven and dynamic approach.

- Problem-solving skills and resourcefulness.
A minimum of five years in merchandising, preferably within the luxury fashion sector.
