- Represent the brand by engaging with clients in the sale of luxury clothing and accessories.
- Contribute to achieving personal and store sales goals.
- Maintain exceptional customer service, product knowledge, and boutique procedures.
- Develop and sustain excellent clientele relationships with consistent follow-up, including thank you notes, appointments for new product reviews, and event invitations.
- Assist with inventory management and special projects as required.
- Adhere to store operational policies and procedures, ensuring visual standards are impeccably maintained.
- Achieve personal sales and productivity targets as agreed with the store manager.
- Uphold housekeeping and visual standards of the store.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in contemporary or luxury fashion retail sales.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask.
- Flexible schedule availability.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience in made-to-measure (MTM) sales is advantageous.
- Comprehensive knowledge of merchandise features and benefits to maximize sales opportunities.
- Ability to identify customer needs and address objections effectively.
- Adherence to the company's loss prevention program.
- Proficiency in client book management and clienteling.
- Sales-driven, goal-oriented, dedicated, and trustworthy.
- Positive, high-energy, friendly, outgoing, and engaging personality.
- Attentive and focused, with the instinct to reach out and engage with customers.
- Proficiency in operating the POS register.
- General computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email.

Expected hourly range: $21- $25/hr. Salary will be determined based on relevant skills and experience.
