- Support the Management team to maximize sales opportunities and store profitability.
- Achieve individual sales and KPI targets as set by the Store Manager.
- Foster a client-centric culture within the store.
- Develop relationships with Harrods personal shopper team to create new sales opportunities.
- Supervise the team to ensure customer service excellence.
- Respond proactively to customer needs and exceed client expectations.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Alfred Dunhill's history and products.
- Take key holder responsibility in the absence of the manager.
- Assist in stock control management.
- Ensure visual merchandising aligns with brand guidelines.
- Support management in policy and procedure compliance.
- Build effective working relationships with colleagues across stores and functions.
- Provide training and coaching to the team to uphold high customer service standards.

- Proficiency in using POS systems and retail inventory management software.
- Basic understanding of CRM systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
