Alfred Dunhill Retail Supervisor

- Support the Management team to maximize sales opportunities and store profitability while adhering to Alfred Dunhill's operating standards.
- Achieve individual sales and KPI targets as set by the Store Manager.
- Contribute significantly to store sales targets and support all selling activities.
- Cultivate a client-centric culture within the store and develop relationships with Harrods' personal shopper team.
- Supervise the team to ensure customer service remains a priority and exceed client expectations.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Alfred Dunhill's history and product offerings.
- Assume full key holder responsibilities in the manager's absence.
- Assist in managing stock control and maintaining visual merchandising in line with brand guidelines.
- Support management in ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures.
- Provide training and coaching to sales consultants to uphold excellent customer service standards.
- Foster a dynamic and positive team environment conducive to generating sales.
- Act as a role model and brand ambassador for Alfred Dunhill.
- Proven experience in retail, ideally within the luxury goods sector or a similar service-oriented industry.
- Prior experience as a supervisor or team leader.
- Strong understanding of the luxury market and its nuances.
- Sound product knowledge, ideally with experience selling high-value goods.
- Proficiency in using POS systems and retail inventory management software.
- Basic understanding of CRM systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
- Ability to represent the Alfred Dunhill brand effectively and confidently.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Confident in handling customer complaints and resolving issues professionally.
- Proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proven experience in retailing, ideally within the luxury goods sector or a similar service-oriented industry such as hospitality.
