- Cultivate a robust culture of service excellence and productivity within the retail network.
- Oversee sales targets and profitability for all direct stores, ensuring alignment with financial objectives.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop store personnel, with a particular focus on Boutique Managers.
- Act as a brand ambassador in Japan, fostering relationships with VIP clients, landlords, department stores, and the fashion community.
- Plan and manage sales budgets for boutiques to achieve financial targets.
- Ensure boutique staff possess strong sales skills and motivation to meet sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with department stores and maintain strong collaborative relationships.
- Coordinate with departments such as merchandising, visual merchandising, marketing, logistics, and human resources to manage all aspects of boutique operations.
- Report to both the Japan CEO and headquarters, providing updates on performance and strategy.
- Establish and implement strategic goals and budgetary targets to drive business success.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a retail manager in the import apparel industry, with a preference for luxury brand experience.
- Comprehensive understanding of the retail business, fashion, and department store industries.
- Proficiency in business-level English is preferred.
