1. Cultivate a robust culture of service excellence and productivity within the retail network.
2. Oversee sales targets and profitability for all direct stores, ensuring alignment with financial objectives.
3. Recruit, mentor, and develop store personnel, with a particular focus on Boutique Managers.
4. Act as a brand ambassador in Japan, fostering relationships with VIP clients, landlords, department stores, and the fashion community.
5. Plan and manage sales budgets for boutiques to achieve financial targets.
6. Ensure boutique staff possess strong sales skills and motivation to meet sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
7. Negotiate terms and conditions with department stores and maintain strong collaborative relationships.
8. Coordinate with departments such as merchandising, visual merchandising, marketing, logistics, and human resources to manage all aspects of boutique operations.
9. Report to both the Japan CEO and headquarters, providing updates on performance and strategy.
10. Establish and implement strategic goals and budgetary targets to drive business success.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a retail manager in the import apparel industry, with a preference for luxury brand experience.
2. Comprehensive understanding of the retail business, fashion, and department store industries.
3. Proficiency in business-level English is preferred.
