1. Ensure governance, maintenance, and quality of master data within the organization, focusing on SAP systems.
2. Maintain data accuracy, consistency, and compliance across various business functions.
3. Contribute to the implementation, evolution, and support of master data solutions in alignment with Richemont MDM strategy.
4. Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to support ongoing MDM-related projects.
5. Provide support to users of the PLM system and ensure Joor application readiness for seasonal markets.
6. Manage pricing uploads for all regions into SAP.

1. Previous experience in master data management with a focus on SAP.
2. Experience with SAP MDM or similar SAP modules.
3. Experience in deploying PLM & ERP IT solutions is advantageous.
4. Experience in implementing new systems is a plus.
5. Experience within product development and/or production functions with IT tool implementation is highly desirable.

1. Proficiency in SAP MDM and Excel, including data manipulation and analysis.
2. Strong numerical and accuracy skills with sound process mapping abilities.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Proactive approach to operational challenges.
7. Autonomy, team spirit, and a strong interest in new technologies.

Significant experience in master data management, particularly with SAP systems, and familiarity with PLM and Joor is advantageous.
