1. Lead Humidor sales to meet or exceed targets.
2. Participate in daily meetings and maintain communication with the retail team to identify opportunities.
3. Refer clients to other business areas to enhance their experience.
4. Ensure high standards and exceptional client experience consistently.
5. Expand the client book and maintain regular outreach with product updates and event invitations.
6. Train retail team members to ensure comprehensive product knowledge and encourage internal referrals.
7. Maintain accurate records of Keeps and communicate effectively with Keep holders and store operations.
8. Manage stock efficiently, including monthly cycle counts, audits, and organizing domestic and international shipping.
9. Complete weekly sales reports with insights to drive business growth.
10. Ensure merchandising aligns with store standards and stock presentation is commercially appealing.
11. Communicate stock issues or losses with the Store Manager and Stock Manager.
12. Act as a brand ambassador within the local community and at events.
13. Lead planning and execution of Humidor events.
14. Develop relationships with aligned brands to drive business growth.

1. Previous experience in the cigar industry.
2. Experience supervising a luxury retail business, preferably with an international clientele.
3. Thorough understanding of stock care and maintenance processes.
4. Knowledge of humidifying processes.
5. Extensive knowledge of cigars and the cigar industry.
