- Develop and execute the annual ecommerce strategy in alignment with global objectives, ensuring effective implementation and monitoring.
- Plan and track regional online sales targets in accordance with global sales forecasts.
- Collaborate with HQ and local merchandising teams to ensure optimal product assortment and timely replenishment online.
- Utilize retail and online insights to maintain local visual merchandising standards.
- Plan and execute a regional trade calendar to support marketing activations and key regional events.
- Manage website editorial and product copy, ensuring high quality and accuracy.
- Introduce innovative digital developments to enhance on-page functions.
- Lead and execute omni-channel projects to strengthen digital presence.
- Collaborate with the CRC team to drive online sales and champion digital collaboration with retail.
- Support online wholesale to foster future growth of online channels.
- Develop and implement CRM strategies to enhance customer retention and loyalty.
- Maintain customer data management systems to improve data accuracy and relevance.
- Analyze customer data to inform business strategies and initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute multi-channel campaigns to boost customer engagement.
- Monitor customer feedback and devise strategies to address concerns and complaints.
- Develop and manage budgets for CRM initiatives, ensuring timely and budget-compliant project completion.
- Create and execute a local digital marketing strategy to attract brand enthusiasts and new, younger customers.
- Balance global branding with local messaging on digital platforms.
- Assist the Retail team in engaging clients through digital channels.
- Support SEO/SEM planning and analysis in collaboration with HQ.
- Partner with HQ to develop customer journeys and newsletter schedules.
- Manage online content for partner companies, including department store websites and social network initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in customer relationship and ecommerce management or a related field.
- Previous experience managing a team of professionals.
- Strong understanding of data analytics and customer segmentation strategies.
- Preferably experience in the luxury retail sector.
- Proficiency in PC skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Business-level English and fluent Japanese.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and client orientation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and related technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful CRM campaigns and initiatives.
A minimum of 5 years in customer relationship and ecommerce management or a related field, with experience managing a team.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
