1. Collaborate with art directors, creative studio, and head of creative production to bring concepts to life.
2. Produce shoots in-house or coordinate with external production freelancers or agencies, depending on the project scope.
3. Negotiate all aspects of shooting production with agents and suppliers.
4. Support in-house casting or manage external casting directors.
5. Oversee sample flow in coordination with showroom and stylist.
6. Ensure smooth execution of shoots by attending all sessions.
7. Manage all aspects of post-production, including retoucher management and creative studio follow-ups.
8. Assist with contracts, usage rights negotiations, payment follow-ups, and administrative tasks.
9. Support showroom preparation for styling meetings and manage sample flow.
10. Coordinate the casting process and model flow for fashion shows.
11. Assist in booking talents for shows and presentations.
12. Manage content creation during shows.
13. Negotiate and manage e-commerce photography production, including art buying and talent coordination.
14. Organize styling days and attend e-commerce shoots to manage product-related requests.
15. Track shot products and coordinate with digital team, creative services, and retouchers.
16. Coordinate post-production and asset delivery to the digital team.
17. Manage budget, invoicing, and timelines for projects.
18. Negotiate showroom production aspects and manage external suppliers.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in stills and film production, either in-house or agency.
2. Experience with fashion or luxury lifestyle brands is desirable.
3. Proven ability to manage both small budget and large production shoots.
4. Extensive industry contacts.
5. Experience in stakeholder management and project communication.

1. Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
2. Ability to work independently with energy and enthusiasm.
3. Confidence and composure under pressure.
4. Proficiency in Keynote and InDesign is desirable but not essential.

At least 3 years of relevant experience in stills and film production, preferably with fashion or luxury lifestyle brands.
