1. Collaborate with art directors, creative studio, and head of creative production to bring concepts to life.
2. Produce in-house or work with external production freelancers or agencies depending on the shoot.
3. Negotiate all aspects of shooting production with agents and suppliers.
4. Support in-house casting or manage external casting director.
5. Manage the flow of samples with the showroom and stylist.
6. Ensure smooth operation of shoots and attend all shoots.
7. Manage all aspects of post-production, including retouchers management and creative studio follow-ups.
8. Support in contracts, usage rights negotiations, payment follow-ups, and various administrative tasks.
9. Assist in showroom preparation for styling meetings.
10. Book fit models, seamstresses, and required talents.
11. Manage the flow of samples and looks with the showroom and stylist.
12. Support the casting process and model flow management.
13. Assist the Head of Brand Image in booking talents for shows/presentations in London.
14. Manage content creation during shows.
15. Negotiate shooting production and art buying for e-commerce photography.
16. Manage the e-commerce photography product tracker and sample flow.
17. Organize styling days and attend e-commerce shoots.
18. Coordinate post-production and delivery of assets to the Digital Team.
19. Manage budget, invoicing, and timings.
20. Negotiate all aspects of showroom production.
21. Manage external suppliers such as catering, crew, and florists.

1. Strong experience in stills and film production, minimum 3 years.
2. Experience with fashion or luxury lifestyle brands.
3. Ability to manage small budget or large production shoots.
4. Extensive industry contacts.
5. Experience in stakeholder management and communication on projects.

1. Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
2. Self-sufficient with energy and enthusiasm.
3. Confident, calm, and balanced under pressure.
4. Experience using Keynote and InDesign is desirable.

Minimum 3 years of experience in stills and film production, preferably with fashion or luxury lifestyle brands.
