Alfred Dunhill Assistant Producer

- Collaborate with art directors, creative studio, and head of creative production to bring concepts to life.
- Produce shoots in-house or coordinate with external production freelancers or agencies, depending on the project scope.
- Negotiate all aspects of shooting production with agents and suppliers.
- Support in-house casting or manage external casting directors.
- Oversee sample flow in coordination with showroom and stylist.
- Ensure smooth execution of shoots by attending all sessions.
- Manage all aspects of post-production, including retoucher management and creative studio follow-ups.
- Assist with contracts, usage rights negotiations, payment follow-ups, and administrative tasks.
- Support showroom preparation for styling meetings and manage sample flow.
- Coordinate the casting process and model flow for fashion shows.
- Assist in booking talents for shows and presentations.
- Manage content creation during shows.
- Negotiate and manage e-commerce photography production, including art buying and talent coordination.
- Organize styling days and attend e-commerce shoots to manage product-related requests.
- Track shot products and coordinate with digital team, creative services, and retouchers.
- Coordinate post-production and asset delivery to the digital team.
- Manage budget, invoicing, and timelines for projects.
- Negotiate showroom production aspects and manage external suppliers.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in stills and film production, either in-house or agency.
- Experience with fashion or luxury lifestyle brands is desirable.
- Proven ability to manage both small budget and large production shoots.
- Extensive industry contacts.
- Experience in stakeholder management and project communication.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with energy and enthusiasm.
- Confidence and composure under pressure.
- Proficiency in Keynote and InDesign is desirable but not essential.
At least 3 years of relevant experience in stills and film production, preferably with fashion or luxury lifestyle brands.
