- Cultivate a robust culture of service and productivity across the retail network in Japan.
- Achieve sales targets and manage the profit and loss statements for all direct stores.
- Recruit, develop, and mentor store personnel, with a particular focus on Boutique Managers.
- Act as a brand ambassador, fostering relationships with VIP clients, landlords, department stores, and the fashion community in Japan.
- Plan and oversee sales budgets for boutiques to meet and exceed targets.
- Manage and motivate boutique staff to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional customer service, aligning with brand standards.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with department stores and collaborate on sales events and trends.
- Coordinate with departments such as merchandising, visual merchandising, marketing, logistics, and human resources to ensure comprehensive boutique management.
- Report to both the Japan CEO and headquarters, setting strategic targets and budgets.
- Minimum of 5 years of retail management experience in the import apparel industry, preferably within a luxury brand.
- Profound understanding of the retail business, fashion, and department store industries.
- Proficiency in English at a business level is preferred.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills.
