1. Assist sales representatives in the daily management of accounts.
2. Maintain regular contact with wholesale clients to address inquiries.
3. Prepare and dispatch commercial documents such as pricing, training materials, and presentations.
4. Organize meetings and travel arrangements.
5. Ensure the brand's image is properly represented at partner locations.
6. Send stock lists and coordinate restocking and swaps with the sales administration team.
7. Update and analyze sales data, stock levels, and client performance.
8. Develop dashboards and client tracking reports.
9. Prepare market visit reports.
10. Assist in the preparation of sales tools and materials for the showroom.
11. Facilitate internal and external communication of information.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field.
2. Previous experience in wholesale is advantageous.
3. Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken. Proficiency in an additional language is highly desirable.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Familiarity with Cegid Orli is a plus.
