1. Assist in the development and implementation of training programs, both in-person and digital, including PPT content, e-learning modules, videos, and tutorials.
2. Design and produce product modules for ready-to-wear and accessories in both PPT and digital formats.
3. Contribute to the entire process of creating new digital training modalities.
4. Collaborate with the Instructional Designer to develop and publish training quizzes online.
5. Utilize translation software to translate modules into multiple languages.
6. Conduct monthly reporting for the retail network and monitor key performance indicators.
7. Participate in cross-functional projects.

1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Educational Engineering, Digital Design, or Communication.

1. Curiosity and creativity.
2. Strong affinity for fashion and art.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, digital tools, and video editing software.
4. Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.

No prior professional experience is required, though familiarity with digital design and educational content creation is advantageous.

Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
