Alaïa Supply Chain Assistant Intern

1. Support daily supply chain operations including order entry, order follow-up and status tracking across internal teams and external partners.
2. Maintain and reconcile inventory records; assist with stock monitoring, cycle counts and discrepancy investigations.
3. Prepare and update operational reports and KPIs to inform replenishment and logistics planning.
4. Coordinate with production, warehouse and logistics providers to ensure timely shipments and documentation compliance.
5. Contribute to process improvement initiatives and ad hoc projects to optimise lead times and reduce stock friction.
6. Assist with customs, shipping documentation and supplier communications as required.

1. Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering or Business.
2. Strong organisational skills and rigorous attention to detail.
3. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver accurate work to tight deadlines.
4. Previous internship or coursework in logistics, inventory management or fashion operations is an advantage.
5. Professional communication skills and the ability to liaise with cross‑functional teams and external vendors.

1. Microsoft Excel (advanced: pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data cleaning)
2. ERP systems (SAP or equivalent) — order management and data entry
3. Microsoft PowerPoint — reporting and presentation preparation
4. Inventory management and stock reconciliation
5. Data analysis and KPI reporting

Internship-level role; no substantial professional experience required. Prior internships or project work in logistics, supply chain or fashion operations is a plus.

Enrolled in a relevant undergraduate or graduate programme (Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Industrial Engineering, Business or equivalent).
