1. Welcome and integrate clients into the Alaïa family, ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
2. Develop and maintain long-term client relationships, with a focus on CRM targets.
3. Implement personalized outreach campaigns using clienteling tools to achieve CRM objectives.
4. Capture and document client data and qualitative insights.
5. Enhance omnichannel sales through excellent customer service and engagement with omnichannel services.
6. Achieve store and individual sales and KPI targets through active participation in commercial activities.
7. Maintain an impeccable store environment and back-of-house operations.
8. Ensure compliance with Richemont policies and standards.
9. Support after-sales clients and ensure high-quality after-sales service.

1. Previous experience in retail sales and operations.

1. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
2. Proficiency in computer skills.
3. Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability.
4. Capability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
5. Physical ability to lift up to 20lb boxes regularly.

Candidates must have prior experience in retail sales and operations, demonstrating a strong ability to manage client relationships and sales targets.

Expected hourly range: $26-$30. Salary will be determined based on relevant skills and experience.
