1. Welcome and integrate clients into the ALAÏA family, fostering long-term relationships.
2. Engage actively with CRM targets and execute personalized outreach campaigns.
3. Utilize clienteling tools to complete CRM tasks efficiently.
4. Capture and maintain detailed client data and qualitative information.
5. Deliver exceptional customer service and enhance individual business performance.
6. Leverage omnichannel services to boost sales.
7. Engage in training and commercial activities to meet sales and KPI targets.
8. Maintain an impeccable store environment and inform management of any necessary repairs.
9. Implement store and back-of-house management guidelines and participate in inventories.
10. Support after-sales clients and ensure high-quality after-sales service.
11. Adhere to Richemont's established policies and standards.

1. Previous experience in retail sales and operations.
2. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and computer skills.
3. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
4. Capability to sit and stand for extended periods.
5. Open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
6. Ability to lift up to 20lb boxes regularly.

Expected salary range: $26-$30/hr, determined based on skills and experience.
