- Welcome and integrate clients into the ALAÏA family, fostering long-term relationships.
- Engage actively with CRM targets and execute personalized outreach campaigns.
- Utilize clienteling tools to complete CRM tasks efficiently.
- Capture and maintain detailed client data and qualitative information.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and enhance individual business performance.
- Leverage omnichannel services to boost sales.
- Engage in training and commercial activities to meet sales and KPI targets.
- Maintain an impeccable store environment and inform management of any necessary repairs.
- Implement store and back-of-house management guidelines and participate in inventories.
- Support after-sales clients and ensure high-quality after-sales service.
- Adhere to Richemont's established policies and standards.
- Previous experience in retail sales and operations.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and computer skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Capability to sit and stand for extended periods.
- Open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to lift up to 20lb boxes regularly.

Previous experience in retail sales and operations is required.
Expected salary range: $26-$30/hr, determined based on skills and experience.
