1. Support the CEO in strategic brand and business development analysis.
2. Lead international and cross-departmental projects, establishing processes that align strategic vision with operational realities.
3. Execute strategic and operational projects involving internal and external stakeholders.
4. Collaborate with various departments (Finance, Studio, Commercial, Communication, HR, Logistics, Production) to implement transformative projects impacting the Maison's activities.
5. Participate in the development of the annual strategic plan alongside the CEO and executive committee members.
6. Coordinate and participate in executive committee meetings and monthly and quarterly business reviews with Group management.
7. Manage annual, collection, and showroom schedules in coordination with all teams to ensure departmental alignment.
8. Facilitate internal communication to ensure projects meet established objectives and deadlines.

1. Bachelor's degree plus five years of higher education (Bac +5)
2. 7 to 10 years of experience in similar roles, including consulting or strategy department experience
3. Experience in the fashion and luxury industry
4. Strategic vision, analytical mindset, and attention to detail

1. Excellent interpersonal skills across hierarchical levels
2. Ability to manage multiple complex and confidential projects simultaneously
3. Proficiency in creating impactful strategic and visual presentations
4. Adaptability, agility, and prioritization skills
5. Strong numerical and financial acumen
6. Fluency in English

7 to 10 years of experience in similar roles, including consulting or strategy department experience, with a background in the fashion and luxury industry.
