Alaïa Stock Manager

1. Oversee the management of stock levels and ensure accurate inventory records.
2. Facilitate the reception, quantitative and qualitative control, and storage of merchandise deliveries according to business priorities.
3. Coordinate product replenishment between the sales floor and stockroom in collaboration with the sales team.
4. Monitor merchandise movements in compliance with internal procedures, including transfers, returns, markdowns, after-sales, loans, stock removals, and direct sales.
5. Maintain an organized and precise inventory by supervising regular store inventory counts and reconciling discrepancies.
6. Develop and share ideas for improved stock organization, enhance the use of IT tools, and increase overall efficiency.
7. Control logistical partner costs, including delivery partners.
8. Provide regular reports on stock efficiency to headquarters.
9. Ensure the stockroom adheres to hygiene and safety guidelines.
10. Raise awareness among the store team regarding stock management rules and standards.
11. Manage and support a stock assistant on a daily basis.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury stock management, ideally as a stock manager.

1. Ability to work in a demanding boutique environment and multitask daily.
2. Comprehensive understanding of boutique operational management and back-office functions.
3. Proactive problem-solving skills and responsiveness in daily operations.
4. Reliability and exemplary conduct in professional duties.
5. Recognized analytical and organizational capabilities.
6. Proficiency in English and French.

At least 5 years of experience in luxury stock management, preferably in a managerial role.
