Alaïa Stock Manager

- Act as a brand ambassador within the boutique, overseeing stock management and ensuring high levels of customer service.
- Ensure accurate receipt, quality control, and storage of merchandise deliveries according to business priorities.
- Coordinate product replenishment between the sales floor and stockroom in collaboration with the sales team.
- Monitor merchandise movements in compliance with internal procedures, including transfers, returns, markdowns, after-sales, loans, stock removals, and direct sales.
- Maintain an organized and precise inventory, supervising regular cycle counts and reconciling discrepancies.
- Develop and implement ideas for improved stock organization and enhance the use of IT tools to increase overall efficiency.
- Control logistics partner costs and deliver weekly stock efficiency reports to Retail HQ.
- Ensure the stockroom adheres to hygiene and safety guidelines.
- Educate boutique staff on stock management rules and standards.
- Supervise and develop a stock assistant.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in luxury stock management.
- Ability to work in a demanding boutique environment and multitask effectively.
- Comprehensive understanding of boutique operational management and back-office functions.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and responsiveness to daily challenges.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Fluency in English and French.
A minimum of 3 years in luxury stock management is required.
