1. Oversee the receipt, quality control, and storage of merchandise deliveries, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
2. Coordinate restocking between the sales floor and stockroom in collaboration with the sales team.
3. Manage merchandise movement in accordance with store procedures, including transfers, returns, markdowns, and other stock operations.
4. Maintain an accurate and organized store inventory, supervising inventory rotations and reconciling discrepancies.
5. Develop and implement ideas for improved inventory organization and efficiency, leveraging IT tools.
6. Monitor logistics costs and provide regular reports on stock efficiency to headquarters.
7. Ensure stockroom compliance with health and safety guidelines.
8. Ensure adherence to stock management rules and standards by the store team.
9. Support the sales team in routing products from the stockroom to the sales floor.

1. Minimum of 5 years' experience in stock management within the luxury goods sector, preferably as a Stock Manager or Operations Manager.

2. Comprehensive understanding of boutique operations and back-office functions.
3. Proven analytical and organizational skills.
4. Proactive problem-solving and solution-oriented mindset.
5. Reliability and exemplary conduct.

A minimum of 5 years in stock management within the luxury goods sector, ideally in a managerial role.
