Alaïa Stock Manager

- Oversee the receipt, quality control, and storage of merchandise deliveries, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
- Coordinate restocking between the sales floor and stockroom in collaboration with the sales team.
- Manage merchandise movement in accordance with store procedures, including transfers, returns, markdowns, and other stock operations.
- Maintain an accurate and organized store inventory, supervising inventory rotations and reconciling discrepancies.
- Develop and implement ideas for improved inventory organization and efficiency, leveraging IT tools.
- Monitor logistics costs and provide regular reports on stock efficiency to headquarters.
- Ensure stockroom compliance with health and safety guidelines.
- Ensure adherence to stock management rules and standards by the store team.
- Support the sales team in routing products from the stockroom to the sales floor.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in stock management within the luxury goods sector, preferably as a Stock Manager or Operations Manager.
- Ability to thrive in a demanding, multi-tasking boutique environment.
- Comprehensive understanding of boutique operations and back-office functions.
- Proven analytical and organizational skills.
- Proactive problem-solving and solution-oriented mindset.
- Reliability and exemplary conduct.
A minimum of 5 years in stock management within the luxury goods sector, ideally in a managerial role.
