- Maintain stock inventory in optimal condition, ensuring efficient and logical organization of stock rooms for products and packaging.
- Manage delivery operations, preparing and replenishing stock promptly and accurately.
- Verify the quality and conformity of delivered products.
- Oversee returns, shop-to-shop transfers, and omnichannel logistical activities, adhering to deadlines.
- Ensure the availability of the right products on the sales floor to enhance store efficiency and maximize client experience.
- Enhance product availability by interacting with the supply chain and managing product requests to meet client needs.
- Monitor store maintenance and manage stationery, uniforms, and kitchen supplies.
- Handle cash management and adhere to internal audit guidelines.
- Integrate fully with the store team, participating in morning briefings and contributing to the store's overall objectives.
- Develop extensive brand and product knowledge, adhering to Alaïa's standards in grooming and behavior.
- Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within the luxury retail sector.
- High affinity for luxury products and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient computer skills, including SAP, Excel, and Word.

Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the luxury retail sector.
Expected hourly range: $22-$26. Salary will be determined based on relevant skills and experience.
