- Welcome and integrate clients into the Alaïa family, fostering long-term relationships.
- Engage actively in CRM initiatives to meet targets and implement personalized outreach campaigns.
- Capture and maintain comprehensive client data, focusing on VVICs and VICs.
- Enhance customer service and individual business performance through omnichannel services.
- Participate in training and commercial activities to achieve sales and KPI targets.
- Maintain an impeccable store environment and inform management of necessary repairs.
- Adhere to store and back-of-house management guidelines and participate in inventories.
- Support after-sales clients to ensure a high standard of service.
- Comply with Richemont's established policies and standards.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in luxury retail.
- Previous experience in retail sales and operations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in computer skills.
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability.
A minimum of five years in luxury retail, with a background in sales and operations.
Expected salary range: $28-$31/hr, based on skills and experience.
