1. Welcome and integrate clients into the Alaïa family, fostering long-term relationships.
2. Engage actively in CRM initiatives to meet targets and implement personalized outreach campaigns.
3. Capture and maintain comprehensive client data, focusing on VVICs and VICs.
4. Enhance customer service and individual business performance through omnichannel services.
5. Participate in training and commercial activities to achieve sales and KPI targets.
6. Maintain an impeccable store environment and inform management of necessary repairs.
7. Adhere to store and back-of-house management guidelines and participate in inventories.
8. Support after-sales clients to ensure a high standard of service.
9. Comply with Richemont's established policies and standards.

1. Minimum of 5 years experience in luxury retail.
2. Previous experience in retail sales and operations.

2. Proficiency in computer skills.
3. Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability.

Expected salary range: $28-$31/hr, based on skills and experience.
