2. Ensure an exceptional customer experience while achieving sales targets.

5. Achieve weekly and monthly store targets with the team.
6. Increase average basket in quantity and value.
7. Cultivate exceptional client relationships with international clients.
8. Establish action plans and strategies to increase and develop the client base.
9. Participate in client events and high-ticket client events.
10. Represent the highest standards and promote ALAÏA’s name and image.
11. Develop the client book and update the client database.
12. Develop client loyalty through excellent service and treatment.
13. Participate actively in team meetings, events, and daily operations.
14. Respect and ensure the highest standards of Visual Merchandising.
15. Ensure the boutique is kept tidy, clean, and welcoming at all times.
