- Collaborate closely with the sales team to enhance the customer experience by delivering personalized service and continuously improving the Alaïa client journey, including greeting, beverage service, store cleanliness, and visual merchandising.
- Support the team in achieving quantitative and qualitative sales targets through effective selling techniques and storytelling to engage clients.
- Promote omnichannel customer service by managing phone communications, coordinating click & collect orders, ensuring follow-up with the team, and facilitating remote sales via DHL.
- Oversee the movement of products from storage to the sales floor, participate in stock replenishment and control, manage product handling, and assist in inventory processes.
- Previous experience in a similar role or in sales or stock management within a luxury fashion house.
- Proficiency in both French and English is essential.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with agility and initiative.
- Excellence in personal presentation and professional demeanor in-store.
- Strong organizational skills.
A minimum of one year of experience in a similar capacity within the luxury fashion industry is required.
