1. Collaborate closely with the sales team to enhance the customer experience by providing personalized service and maintaining boutique standards, including cleanliness and visual merchandising.
2. Support the team in achieving sales targets through effective selling techniques and storytelling to engage clients.
3. Promote omnichannel customer service by participating in phone operations, managing click & collect orders, and facilitating remote sales.
4. Assist in the movement of products from storage to the sales floor and participate in stock replenishment and inventory management.

1. Previous experience in a fashion or luxury retail environment.

1. Proficiency in French and English.
2. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
3. Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Candidates should have prior experience in a boutique setting within the fashion or luxury sector.

Internship agreement with an educational institution is required.
