1. Collaborate closely with the sales team to enhance the customer experience by providing personalized service and maintaining store standards.
2. Support the team in achieving sales targets through effective sales techniques and storytelling.
3. Promote omnichannel customer service by participating in phoning operations, managing click & collect, and facilitating remote sales.
4. Assist in the movement of products from storage to the sales floor and participate in stock management and inventory activities.

1. Previous experience in a boutique setting within the fashion or luxury sector.
2. Comfortable in a dynamic environment, demonstrating professionalism and exemplary conduct.
3. Excellence in personal presentation and organizational skills.

1. Proficiency in both French and English.
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.

Prior experience in a fashion or luxury boutique is required.

Internship agreement with an educational institution is mandatory.
