1. Collaborate closely with the sales team to enhance the customer experience by delivering personalized service and maintaining store standards.
2. Support the team in achieving sales targets through effective selling techniques and storytelling.
3. Promote omnichannel customer service by participating in phone operations, managing click & collect orders, and facilitating remote sales.
4. Assist in product movement from storage to sales floor and participate in stock management, including inventory control and product replenishment.

1. Previous experience in a fashion or luxury retail environment.

1. Proficiency in French and English.
2. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
3. Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.

A minimum of one prior experience in a fashion or luxury retail setting is required.

Internship agreement with an educational institution is mandatory.
