1. Collaborate closely with the sales team on the floor to enhance the customer experience by delivering personalized service and continuously improving the ALAÏA client journey, including welcoming, beverage service, and maintaining store cleanliness and visual merchandising.
2. Support the team in achieving both quantitative and qualitative sales targets by employing effective sales techniques and storytelling with clients.
3. Promote omnichannel service by participating in phoning operations, contacting clients for click & collect, ensuring follow-up with the team, and facilitating remote sales via DHL.
4. Assist in the movement of products from storage to the sales floor.
5. Participate in stock replenishment and control, including handling, sales floor and storage management, product replacement agility, and inventory participation.

1. Previous experience in a boutique for a fashion or luxury house.

1. Proficiency in French and English.
2. Comfortable in a dynamic environment.
3. Exemplary presentation and organizational skills.

A minimum of one prior experience in a fashion or luxury boutique setting is required.

Internship agreement with an educational institution is mandatory.
