1. Collaborate closely with the sales team to enhance the customer experience through personalized service and continuous improvement of the Alaïa client journey.
2. Support the team in achieving both quantitative and qualitative sales objectives by employing effective sales techniques and storytelling.
3. Promote omnichannel customer service by managing phone communications, handling click & collect orders, and facilitating remote sales.
4. Manage the flow of products from storage to the sales floor, ensuring efficient stock replenishment and inventory control.
5. Participate in stock handling, including product storage, inventory management, and agile product replacement.

1. Previous experience in a similar role or in luxury fashion sales or stock management.
2. Comfortable in a dynamic environment with a proactive and adaptable approach.
3. Exemplary presentation and organizational skills.

1. Proficiency in French and English.
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

A minimum of one year of experience in luxury fashion sales or stock management is required.
