1. Represent the Alaïa brand by embodying its values and heritage.
2. Deliver an exceptional client experience by expertly presenting the collections and products.
3. Cultivate and expand a prestigious local and international clientele through proven clienteling expertise.
4. Build and manage a robust client portfolio by personalizing each interaction, including VIP visits and private appointments.
5. Proactively analyze key performance indicators to achieve boutique objectives.
6. Ensure boutique presentation aligns with Alaïa's visual merchandising guidelines.
7. Participate in stock management in accordance with internal procedures.
8. Assist in preparing detailed daily sales reports with the store manager.

1. Significant and successful experience as a Sales Advisor in the luxury fashion sector.
2. Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong sense of customer service.
3. Curious, open-minded, proactive, and a strong team player.
4. Sensitivity to art, design, and a pronounced fashion and haute couture culture.

1. Fluency in English and French; additional languages are an asset.
2. Expertise in clienteling and customer relationship management.
3. Strong analytical skills for performance analysis.
4. Proficiency in visual merchandising.

Proven track record as a Sales Advisor in luxury fashion retail.
